By accessing the AI Mutants terminal and network, you agree to the following system terms.
CONTENT LICENSING
You retain all ownership rights to the AI-generated media you create and upload. However, by uploading content to AI Mutants, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your images, stream your audio via Hive Radio and BoomFM, and feature your work in platform promotions.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The network is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the grid, the market ledger, or the radio stream. AI Mutants is not liable for data loss or temporary system outages.
VIRTUAL ECONOMY DISCLAIMER
"Credits" are a closed-loop digital utility specific to the AI Mutants platform. They are not legal tender. While credits can be used to unlock platform features or traded on the market, AI Mutants reserves the right to modify the credit value, adjust platform taxes, or alter withdrawal limits at any time to ensure the health of the economy.
CREATOR PAYOUTS
Withdrawal requests are processed manually to ensure market integrity and prevent fraud. Core Command reserves the right to deny payouts if credits were obtained through system exploitation, market manipulation, or unauthorized account sharing.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates the Rules of Engagement, attempts to manipulate the market ledger, or attacks the server infrastructure.
